Merismos Reconcile connects transaction and payment data, identifies discrepancies between sales and settlements, monitors fees, reserves, refunds and chargebacks, and generates structured VAT allocation and reporting outputs.
Merismos Reconcile is powered by the Merismos Flow Reconciliation Platform, the proprietary copyrighted software platform developed, owned, operated and commercially exploited by Merismos Limited.
The Platform is designed to collect data from payment service providers, acquiring banks, payment orchestration platforms, e-commerce platforms and other financial partners.
It can receive data from providers such as Stripe, Adyen, Checkout.com, PayPal and Worldline, from platforms such as Shopify, and from payment orchestration platforms, acquiring banks and merchant payment systems.
Where a native connector is not yet confirmed, the Platform supports data imported through APIs, webhooks, scheduled exports, SFTP transfers and structured files. New connectors may be implemented for the systems used by each customer.
Consolidate transaction data and compare expected revenue with amounts settled by payment partners. Identify missing settlements, timing differences, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, reserves and other discrepancies affecting cash receipts.
The Platform processes transaction data and configuration parameters to generate automated VAT allocation calculations, jurisdiction classifications, reports and data exports, including outputs designed to assist with European Union One Stop Shop reporting.
The Platform provides automated data-processing and reporting tools. It does not provide tax, accounting, legal or regulatory advice, prepare or submit tax returns, determine the customer's final tax position or represent customers before tax authorities.
Use dashboards and historical reporting to monitor transaction volumes, payment acceptance and rejection rates, refunds, chargebacks, processing costs, settlements and reserves retained by payment providers.
Identify unusual movements, reconciliation differences, late settlements and changes in reserve levels. Configure alerts around events that may affect cash receipts or revenue visibility.
Access and export consolidated data for internal finance, accounting, tax preparation, reporting and control processes, subject to the functionalities and configuration of the Platform.
Merismos Reconcile is a data-processing, reconciliation, reporting and monitoring tool. Merismos Limited does not receive, hold, safeguard, control, transfer or execute customer funds or payment transactions and does not provide payment, acquiring, banking or electronic money services.
The Platform is developed, maintained and operated by Merismos Limited and is made available to customers through remote Software-as-a-Service access. Customers receive a limited right to access and use the Platform but do not acquire its source code, software or underlying intellectual property.
